The lead guest must be aged 23 years or older. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.

Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted. Guests will be charged if the maximum occupancy for the apartment is exceeded without prior authorisation from the property.

Cleaning, linen and towels are provided free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available for an additional fee.

Early and late check-in can be arranged, subject to availability for an extra charge of GBP 30 between 18:00 and 21:00 and GBP 50 between 21:00 and 23:00.

If you expect to arrive after 23:00 please notify the property prior to arrival. This can be noted in the Special Request box when making your booking.

The property operates a meet and greet check-in policy, so please inform the property of your expected arrival time at least 24-hours prior to arrival. For same day bookings, please inform the property at least 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may mean having to wait to gain access while a member of staff travels to meet you.

A security deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform South Kensington & Chelsea Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 2018年俄羅斯世界杯足球賽即將在14日開踢，這屆比賽安排在俄羅斯11個城市的12座球場舉行。去年12月萬眾矚目的32強抽籤，各隊落定了位置，關於世足賽進程的推演也清晰了許多。

本屆世足賽抽籤改了規則，不再像過去只以簡單的大洲來區隔，而是參考了各隊的世界排名，也因此，現在的世界盃分組比較不會有所謂的「死亡之組」，因未按照世界排名的抽籤，每個小組都有熱門的球隊。當然也可能會有爆冷門的黑馬。

C組：法國、澳洲、秘魯、丹麥

C組實力相差懸殊，以法國為尊。法國的三個對手，都是從附加賽殺出重圍，且有兩支是從洲際附加賽晉級，3支球隊分別是亞足聯旗下的澳洲、南美區第五名的秘魯和歐洲二流球隊丹麥。

從歷史戰績來看，法國與澳洲在世界杯上未曾遭遇，倒是在聯合會盃上有過交鋒，2001年澳洲在該屆比賽中竟然擊敗法國，不過法國最終還是奪得了那屆大賽的桂冠。世界盃不是聯合會盃，這一次澳洲袋鼠爆冷贏球的可能性微乎其微。法國與丹麥交鋒15次，取得8勝6平1負的佳績；至於法國對秘魯只有過1次國際A級賽事交鋒，但那要追溯到1982年，因此沒有太大的參考意義。

預計本組法國隊晉級沒有問題，丹麥與秘魯爭奪另一個名額。
